In the heart of the robust city stands a small haven of sheltered accommodation designed based on the philosophy of the client. Sonder - the profound feeling of realizing that everyone, including strangers passed in the street, has a life as complex as one's own, which they are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it. The hybrid public-private space explores the possibilities of the creation of chance encounters between the client and the public, as well as between people from all walks of life. Sonder cafe is a pitstop articulating the paradoxical relationship between self and others.
